How to redeem

A one-off purchase includes two Whopper vouchers. An active membership lets you claim two vouchers each day. Each claim reveals Hungry Jack’s account login details in your wallet, which you use to redeem its Whopper reward in the app.

Daily membership allowances reset at midnight in Sydney. Unused daily allowances don’t roll over.

Claim your one-off bundle within 24 hours. Each claimed account has a fixed access window, and claiming later does not extend it. Your wallet shows the account access end date and current status.

Check the Whopper reward’s actual expiry and redemption conditions in the Hungry Jack’s app before heading to a store. Membership access and individual account access are shown separately in your wallet, along with your next available claim.

• Fully sign out of your existing Hungry Jack’s account.
• Use the copy buttons in your wallet. Passwords are case sensitive.
• Check the account access end date and status in your wallet.

If it still doesn’t work, open a Discord support ticket with the claimed username. Never share a password in a public channel.

Refresh your wallet and check that your purchase or membership is active. If you’ve used today’s membership allowance, check the next claim time shown there.

If a payment has completed and your access is still missing, open a Discord ticket with your Whopper City account email and a description of the issue.

Checkout and billing run through Stripe. One-off purchases are paid once. Weekly and monthly memberships renew at the cadence shown at checkout.

Open your Whopper City account and choose Manage billing to access Stripe’s billing portal. You can manage your payment details or cancel your subscription there. The portal shows your renewal and cancellation details.
